Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All products are custom-made and prepared after your order is confirmed.
Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for your order to be designed, produced, and prepared for shipment. Processing times may vary depending on the product, order quantity, and the quality of the files or photos provided by the customer.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Free Shipping Eligibility
We provide free standard worldwide shipping only for lightweight paper-based products, including:
- Paper stickers
- Name stickers
- Photo stickers
- Sticker sheets
- Documents and other lightweight paper products
Free shipping generally applies to eligible orders weighing approximately 200 grams or less, provided that the total shipment weight does not exceed 300 grams.
Free shipping eligibility is determined by the product type, total order weight, package size, and destination.
Shipping Fees for Other Products
Custom goods and heavier items are not eligible for free shipping. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Mugs
- Tumblers and water bottles
- Tote bags and other bags
- Keychains
- Phone cases
- Gift items
- Large, bulky, or heavy products
- Orders exceeding the free-shipping weight limit
Shipping fees for these products are calculated according to:
- Destination country or region
- Total package weight
- Package dimensions
- Available shipping method
The applicable shipping fee will be displayed during checkout whenever automatic shipping calculation is available.
For destinations or products that require a separate quotation, we may contact the customer before shipment to confirm the final shipping cost.
Mixed Orders
When an order contains both free-shipping paper products and paid-shipping goods, the order may be subject to a shipping charge based on the total package weight, dimensions, and destination.
Adding a heavier product to an otherwise free-shipping order may make the entire shipment ineligible for free shipping.
Worldwide Delivery
We ship orders from Chiang Mai, Thailand.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Thailand: approximately 2–5 business days
- Asia: approximately 7–15 business days
- Europe, North America, and other regions: approximately 10–25 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may take longer due to customs clearance, local postal services, severe weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking
Tracking availability depends on the selected shipping method and destination country.
When tracking is available, the tracking number will be sent to the email address provided with the order after shipment.
Some free or economy international shipping methods may provide limited tracking or may not update after the package leaves Thailand.
Customs Duties and Taxes
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, handling charges, and other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are not paid by Create V Space.
Customs procedures may also cause additional delivery delays.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate recipient name, telephone number, postal code, and shipping address.
Please contact us as soon as possible if any shipping information needs to be corrected. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
Additional shipping or reshipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information must be paid by the customer.
Delayed, Returned, or Lost Packages
Delivery delays caused by customs, postal services, incorrect addresses, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control do not qualify for an immediate refund.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs charges, failure to collect the package, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
A package will only be considered lost after confirmation from the shipping carrier or postal service.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged product
- A photo of the outer packaging
- A photo of the shipping label
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution when the damage is confirmed.
