Return and Refund Policy

Custom-Made Products

Most products sold by Create V Space are personalized, custom-designed, or made specifically according to the customerโ€™s submitted photos, names, text, colors, sizes, quantities, and other instructions.

Because these products are made individually for each customer and cannot normally be resold, custom-made and personalized products are not eligible for return, exchange, cancellation, or refund due to a change of mind.

Please review all product details, uploaded files, photos, spelling, names, colors, sizes, quantities, shipping information, and customization requests carefully before placing your order.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the customization information submitted with your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order:

  • Personalized stickers
  • Photo stickers
  • Name stickers
  • Custom-designed sticker sheets
  • Products printed with customer-submitted photos, artwork, names, or text
  • Custom mugs, bags, keychains, phone cases, bottles, and other personalized goods
  • Digital design or editing services
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • Products that have already entered production

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Changes or cancellations may only be accepted before design work or production has started.

Once the design, printing, cutting, engraving, assembly, or other production process has begun, the order cannot be changed or cancelled, and no refund will be provided.

If a cancellation is approved before production begins, payment processing fees or other non-refundable transaction fees may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

Customer-Submitted Information

Customers are responsible for checking the accuracy and quality of all information and files they submit, including:

  • Names and spelling
  • Text and numbers
  • Photos and image quality
  • Colors and design selections
  • Product size and quantity
  • Shipping address and contact information

We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied or approved by the customer.

Orders will not qualify for a refund or free replacement due to:

  • Spelling or wording entered incorrectly by the customer
  • Incorrect names, dates, numbers, or addresses
  • Low-resolution, blurry, dark, cropped, or poor-quality photos
  • Differences caused by the customerโ€™s screen settings
  • Incorrect product size, color, or quantity selected by the customer
  • A change of mind after production has started

We may contact the customer if an uploaded file appears unsuitable for production. However, the customer remains responsible for providing usable and accurate files.

Design Proofs and Customer Approval

For products that include a design proof or preview, the customer must review all details carefully before approval.

Once a proof has been approved, the approved design will be treated as final. Errors that were visible in the approved proof are not eligible for a refund or free replacement.

If the customer does not respond to a proof request within the stated period, production and delivery may be delayed.

Colors, Size, and Minor Variations

Colors displayed on phones, tablets, and computer monitors may differ slightly from the finished printed product because of differences in screen settings, materials, printing methods, and lighting.

Minor differences in color, cutting position, alignment, dimensions, texture, or finishing may occur during custom production. Reasonable production variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product arrived damaged
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • You received the wrong product
  • The customization is materially different from the order information or approved design
  • Items are missing from the package

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the product and the problem
  • A photo of the outer packaging
  • A photo of the shipping label
  • Photos of all items received, where applicable

Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may not be accepted.

Do not discard the product or packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

Resolution of Valid Claims

After reviewing the submitted evidence, we may provide one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement or reproduction of the affected product
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund for the affected product
  • Store credit, when agreed with the customer

The appropriate solution will depend on the nature and extent of the issue.

Where possible, we will normally offer a replacement or reproduction before issuing a refund for a custom-made product.

Refunds or replacements apply only to the affected item and do not automatically apply to the entire order.

Return Authorization

Do not send any product back without contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

If a physical return is required because of our confirmed error or a verified defect, we will provide instructions regarding the return method and responsibility for shipping costs.

Products returned without prior authorization, to an incorrect address, or using an unapproved shipping method may not qualify for reimbursement.

Delivery Delays and Failed Delivery

Shipping delays caused by customs, postal services, carriers, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control are not considered product defects.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

If a package is returned because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, failed to collect the package, or did not pay applicable customs charges, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

After a refund is approved, processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, or country. It may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in the customerโ€™s account.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, currency-conversion charges, and payment-processing fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or the refund results directly from an error by Create V Space.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Where mandatory consumer-protection laws provide rights beyond this policy, those laws will apply.
