Product descriptions, sizes, quantities, materials, colors, and images are provided as accurately as reasonably possible.

However, screen settings, lighting, production materials, printing methods, and handmade processes may cause minor differences between the website image and the final product.

Minor variations in color, positioning, cutting, dimensions, texture, print density, or finishing are not necessarily defects.

5. Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate customization instructions.

This includes checking:

• Text, dates, and numbers
• Product size and quantity
• Color and font choices
• Photos and artwork
• Shipping address
• Special instructions

Once production has started, an order generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

Because personalized items are made specifically for each customer and cannot ordinarily be resold, custom-made products are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to a change of mind.

6. Customer-Submitted Photos, Files, and Content

When submitting a photograph, logo, illustration, name, text, artwork, or other content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to use it
• You have permission from any person shown in the image
• The content does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights
• The content is not illegal, abusive, defamatory, hateful, obscene, deceptive, or harmful
• The content does not depict or promote illegal activity

You retain ownership of your original content.

You grant Create V Space a limited, non-exclusive right to use, edit, resize, crop, reproduce, print, manufacture, and process the submitted content only as reasonably necessary to complete your order, provide customer support, resolve disputes, and meet legal or administrative obligations.

We will not intentionally sell your personal photos or customer-submitted artwork to unrelated third parties.

7. Content Involving Children

Where submitted content includes a child, the person placing the order confirms that they are the child’s parent, legal guardian, or an authorized person with permission to use the image.

The customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary consent before uploading or ordering products containing a child’s image, name, school information, or other personal details.

Customers should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information about a child.

8. Prohibited Content

We may refuse, suspend, or cancel an order containing content that we reasonably believe includes:

• Copyrighted characters, logos, brands, artwork, or photographs used without authorization
• Illegal or counterfeit material
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or discriminatory content
• Explicit sexual content
• Exploitation or inappropriate imagery involving minors
• Graphic violence
• Fraudulent identification documents
• Instructions or material promoting illegal activity
• Content that violates another person’s privacy or reputation
• Material that may expose Create V Space or another party to legal risk

If production has not started, we may offer the customer an opportunity to replace the content. Processing fees may be non-refundable where applicable.

9. Image Quality and Production Suitability

The customer is responsible for submitting images and files of suitable quality.

Low-resolution, blurry, dark, overexposed, heavily cropped, compressed, or poorly focused images may produce lower-quality results.

We may contact the customer if a file appears unsuitable. However, we do not guarantee that every problem will be detected before production.

We are not responsible for quality issues that result directly from the customer’s original file, approved design, or submitted instructions.

10. Design Proofs and Approval

Some custom products may include a digital proof or preview before production.

Where a proof is provided, the customer is responsible for reviewing:

• Spelling
• Names
• Layout
• Image placement
• Colors
• Size
• Quantity
• Other customization details

Once the customer approves the proof, the design is considered final.

Errors visible in an approved proof generally do not qualify for a free replacement or refund.

If the customer does not respond to a proof request, production and delivery may be delayed.

11. Prices and Currency

Product prices may be displayed in different currencies depending on the customer’s location or selected market.

Currency conversion amounts may be estimates. The final amount charged may vary depending on the payment provider, card issuer, exchange rate, international transaction fee, or bank fee.

We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, product availability, and service details without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders already accepted and paid, unless an obvious pricing error has occurred.

12. Payment

Payment must be completed through one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to use the selected payment method

• Sufficient funds or credit are available
• The transaction does not involve fraud or unauthorized activity

14. Shipping

Orders are produced and shipped from Chiang Mai, Thailand, unless otherwise stated.

Free standard shipping applies only to eligible lightweight paper-based products, such as stickers and documents, generally weighing approximately 200 grams or less and not exceeding 300 grams in total shipment weight.

Shipping charges apply to heavier products, custom goods, bulky items, and other non-eligible orders. Fees may depend on the destination, package weight, dimensions, and shipping method.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

15. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless expressly stated.

We are not responsible for customs delays, inspections, seizure caused by prohibited imports, or charges imposed by local authorities.

Customers are responsible for checking whether the ordered product may legally be imported into their destination country.

16. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Personalized and custom-made products are generally final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to a change of mind.

However, customers should contact us promptly if an order arrives:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect
• Missing items
• Materially different from the confirmed order

Valid claims may be resolved through replacement, reproduction, partial refund, full refund for the affected item, or store credit, depending on the circumstances.

All claims are subject to our Return and Refund Policy and any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Thailand’s Office of the Consumer Protection Board provides consumer information and complaint channels, and mandatory consumer rights cannot be removed merely by writing a store policy.

We will not intentionally use identifiable customer photographs, children’s images, names, or private custom designs for advertising or social media without permission.

Where permission is specifically requested and granted, we may display photographs of the completed product in our website, portfolio, social media, or promotional materials.

A customer may withdraw future promotional permission by contacting us, although previously printed or published materials may not always be removable.

20. Privacy

Your submission of personal information through the website is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Customers should not upload unnecessary identity documents, financial information, medical information, precise home-location information, or other highly sensitive material unless specifically required and securely requested.
